Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish / English)

Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 hourly

Location : Easton, PA

Hours : 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm or 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm Monday - Friday

Start : ASAP

Responsibilities :

  • High volume- full cycle recruiting for light industrial positions (picking, packing, sorting, assembly lines, forklift, etc)
  • Implementing hiring events including job fairs, etc
  • Use various sources to find your potential candidates

Requirements :

  • Must be Bilingual Spanish ( Read and Write)
  • 2 years experience in warehouse / logistics recruiting - HIGH VOLUME
  • Must have experience with Indeed
  • PeopleNet ATS experience a plus
