Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), ensuring clear, timely, and helpful interactions.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalation when necessary.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring the accuracy of all transactions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, services, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share insights with the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure comprehensive customer service.
- Support team goals and contribute to achieving key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
