Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review quotes, orders, and related documents processed by the Client Relations staff.
- Develop and implement Client Relations policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain information for the Client Relations folder on the shared drive.
- Manage and distribute emails from Boss Design and Jack Cartwright Client Relations email accounts.
- Follow up on order issues (e.g., COM delays, credit issues) with relevant parties.
- Approve time-off requests for the Client Relations staff.
- Submit requests for office supplies for the Client Relations department.
- Assist with computer (SysPro) training for office employees.
- Provide administrative support as needed by the Vice President.
