Job Title: HR Assistant (Contract through May)

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support approximately 400 employees and work closely with a team of six HR professionals, including two other HR Assistants. The ideal candidate must have experience with ADP, as we are in the process of implementing a new ADP system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment with potential for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with offer letters, new hire documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
- Partner with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- May be cross-trained to assist with light recruiting as needed.
- Support ADP system implementation and assist with related tasks.
- Handle various HR administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Contract Details:
- Duration: Through May (potential for growth as the company expands).
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30-4 or 8-4;30
- Work Environment: On-site
- Pay: up to $22 per hour DOE
