Bilingual Human Resource Generalist (Spanish / English)
Pay : $30- $33.65
Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
RESPONSBILITIES :
- Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management, and productivity enhancement.
- Serve as a key resource to operations, providing guidance policies and procedures
- Assist in recruitment and staffing functions, benefits enrollment coordination, and payroll-related inquiries.
- Assist in orientation and training sessions for new employees.
