What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internal Auditor position at RemX?
RemX Recruiting firm is pleased to represent a Knoxville-based company in its hire for a newly created SOX INTERNAL AUDITOR for its corporate office.
This role will assist the VP of Internal Audit in bringing the company to full SOX compliance . Processes, procedures and plans will need to be put into place for the company in this area.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE :
- BS in Accounting from an accredited university with solid GPA
- 5-10 years' experience in SOX auditing for a large corporation
- CPA or CIA preferred
- Strong audit and ERP systems experience
- Open to working in an office in Knoxville, TN
- Relocation assistance offered
If you have experience with SOX compliance and enjoy building processes / audit plans / procedures, this is a great opportunity to be on the ground floor building the Internal Audit team. Additional hires will be made as they grow and there will be future opportunities for advancement for this person. OPEN TO SENIOR or MANAGER level person.
