Key Responsibilities :

- Play an integral role in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring financial reporting is timely and precise.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and project-specific reports to ensure projects are on track financially.
- Manage project cost accounting, including job costing and cost allocation to provide accurate financial tracking throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to monitor and ensure financial data is correctly recorded and reported.
- Provide essential support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for ongoing projects.
- Review contracts, change orders, and invoices, ensuring all financial aspects are accurately reflected.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, accounting regulations, and best practices to safeguard financial integrity.
