Immediate Opening for a  Purchasing / Marketing Administrative Assistant in Monroe Township, NJ!

This is a temporary opportunity (1 year ) that requires working fully onsite.

Hours : Monday through Friday (35 hour work week).

Job Responsibilities :

  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Manage and update PO invoices and invoice payments
  • Clear up any discrepancies with POs, payments, and vendors submission to AP
  • Track confirmation of invoice payments New Vendor ID Process
  • Process New Vendor forms
  • Send Finance updated new vendor information
  • Manage New Vendor documentation to provide to Finance Payment Requests
  • Process forms to create payment requests to pay vendor

  • SAP procurement system experience a plus
  • Previous experience working with PO reports (to track and reconcile POs, budget)
  • Proficiency working within Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and skills quickly
