Immediate Opening for a Purchasing / Marketing Administrative Assistant in Monroe Township, NJ!
This is a temporary opportunity (1 year ) that requires working fully onsite.
Hours : Monday through Friday (35 hour work week).
Job Responsibilities :
- Create Purchase Orders
- Manage and update PO invoices and invoice payments
- Clear up any discrepancies with POs, payments, and vendors submission to AP
- Track confirmation of invoice payments New Vendor ID Process
- Process New Vendor forms
- Send Finance updated new vendor information
- Manage New Vendor documentation to provide to Finance Payment Requests
- Process forms to create payment requests to pay vendor
