Compensation : $20-$21 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Job Summary : Temporary Recruiter / Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in recruitment and administrative functions, with a strong emphasis on utilizing ADP systems for onboarding and employee data management. The role also requires proficiency in E-Verify procedures to ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements. This position is not entry-level, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop job postings and advertise open positions on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
