Transaction Coordinator – In-Office Role

The Renee White Team is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks seamlessly.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Walnut Creek, CA. Remote work is not available for this position.

Compensation :
68,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Transaction Management
- Oversee and manage all real estate transactions from listing to closing
- Ensure all transaction files are accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations
- Track contract deadlines, contingencies, and key milestones to ensure a smooth closing process
- Prepare, review, and distribute contracts, disclosures, and addenda
- Maintain secure and organized digital files in KW Command and Google Drive
