The Technology Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and overseeing the organization's technology infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee AWS cloud services, including deployment and monitoring of applications.
- Implement Agile methodologies to streamline project management and improve team collaboration.
- Ensure network security by regularly assessing vulnerabilities and implementing necessary safeguards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technology processes, systems, and protocols.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration purposes.
- Configure and manage Cisco routers to ensure reliable network connectivity.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement of technology solutions and services.
- Provide technical support to staff and assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in server management, AWS, Agile project management, network security, and computer networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and SharePoint for documentation purposes.
- Familiarity with Cisco routers and their configuration is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess system performance effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in vendor management is a plus.
- A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
