Overview
We are looking for a Concierge for our Condominium to serve as the first point of contact for visitors/ guests. Concierge is available 24/7 and we currently have part-time evening shifts available. Responsibilities include greeting all visitors, following protocols in place, monitoring building systems, delivering packages, etc. If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help support our ongoing goal of providing the best living environment in Orlando.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in tasks
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, texts
- Welcome and register visitors, collecting necessary information
- Assist residents with requests
- Deliver packages
- Respond to owners and residents in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all common areas are clean and in working order for our residents and their guests

- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
