Overview
$25/hour - Guaranteed 45 hours/week ($61,750/year)
Full Time - Primarily 2nd shift, but must have full availability to include weekends
$500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days; $250 paid after 90 days)

We are seeking a Sous Chef who will be responsible for assisting in the line operations of the kitchen. This includes coordinating the activities of the line cooks and overseeing food production operations to ensure that quality standards are maintained for the restaurant and banquets.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree, or 3-5 years progressive experience in a quality high-volume operation.
