What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Intern position at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC?
The intern would work with current members of the help desk team on this year's project to roll out Windows 11 to all laptop computers in the company. Having an intern would allow the existing help desk team members to still work on their day-to-day tasks while keeping this project moving forward. The candidate should understand computer operating systems, preferably Windows 10 and Windows 11. They should be able to work independently based on work instructions. Good oral and written communication skills and a desire to learn from more experienced employees. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is a must.
