The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center seeks a dynamic and experienced Full-Service Event Planning Manager to join our dedicated team. This individual will oversee and execute exceptional events, ensuring that each detail aligns with our guests' visions and the hotel's standards of excellence.

Key Components Of The Role Will Include

• A successful candidate will have Marriott CI/TY Experience
• Lead the event planning process from initial inquiries through post-event follow-up, ensuring all client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate with various departments, including catering, housekeeping, and audiovisual services, to guarantee seamless event execution.
• Maintain an organized event calendar and oversee event logistics, ensuring all timelines are adhered to.
