- Local Knowledge & Engagement: Provide informed recommendations on hotel services, local attractions, entertainment, and events to enhance the guest’s overall experience.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, apply qualified discounts, and maintain accurate billing and account records.
- Safety & Compliance: Support guest use of secure deposit boxes, complete all front desk reports, and follow established procedures for financial and operational policies.
