Overview
The Senior ATM / ITM Analyst will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments and third-party vendors for ITM installations. The Senior ATM / ITM Analyst will assist with staging physical machines and software settings during ITM installations. The Senior ATM / ITM Analyst will assist with all Technology areas of the ATM / ITM fleet for the organization.

Responsibilities
Order, install, and maintain all ATM / ITM equipment for the organization
- Set up PC equipment and software installation for ITM Tellers
- Maintain software updates quarterly for ITM teller cameras and wireless headsets
- Troubleshoot ITM session issues and coordinates NCR service techs to respond to issues
- Schedule ATM / ITM hardware upgrades, as needed
- Coordinate and participate with other organizational departments and agencies on technology projects as required
- Assists in preparation of division budget
- Analyze and maintain all ATM / ITM systems
- Train individuals and departments in using the ATM / ITM hardware and software in an easy-to-understand manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned
