As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent. What you'll do :
- Build a deep understanding of our business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment partnership across go-to-market (GTM) and technical (EPD) teams.
- Drive and lead the full lifecycle process, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and build structured interview processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
- Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions to align with business goals.
- Take ownership of sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in GTM, product, and / or engineering domains.
- Mentor and influence hiring teams on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and decision-making.
- Design, implement, and optimize recruitment programs and processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
- Work from the San Francisco office 3x per week to build strong in-person relationships and team alignment.
