The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and managing key aspects of the business, including social media, event planning, sales, and client interactions. This role requires exceptional organization, multitasking, and a passion for the bridal and prom industry.
Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
- Oversee and manage Renee’s Bridal’s online presence, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries, maintaining a warm and personable brand voice.
- Assist in coordinating photoshoots and content creation, ensuring the latest collections and store updates are featured.
- Monitor social media engagement and adapt strategies to enhance audience interaction.
Event Coordination – Renee’s Bridal Gala:
- Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Renee’s Bridal Gala, coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and industry partners.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor booth assignments, fashion show coordination, and guest communications.
- Oversee event marketing, including social media promotion and email outreach.
- Provide on-site support at the gala, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for attendees.
Sales Support (Bridal & Prom):
- Assist brides and prom shoppers in finding their perfect dress, delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Process transactions and manage special orders.
- Stay up to date on bridal and prom fashion trends to provide expert guidance.
- Support in maintaining a welcoming and elegant showroom environment.
Administrative & Client Communication:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule and confirm bridal and prom appointments, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including maintaining schedules, managing orders, and organizing documents.
- Act as a liaison between the owner, clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in social media management and/or event planning is a plus.
