Agency Manager

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an insurance agency, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of producers, account managers, and support staff, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback.
• Develop business strategies to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and expand the agency’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong client, carrier, and team relationships to maximize business opportunities.
• Oversee sales activities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to producers on lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the agency’s brand and attract new clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry requirements, as well as internal procedures and guidelines.
• Implement efficient operational processes and monitor key performance indicators to optimize agency performance.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team knowledge and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant information with the team.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed based on business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
