Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an insurance agency, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of producers, account managers, and support staff, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback.
- Develop business strategies to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and expand the agency’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong client, carrier, and team relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Oversee sales activities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to producers on lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the agency’s brand and attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry requirements, as well as internal procedures and guidelines.
- Implement efficient operational processes and monitor key performance indicators to optimize agency performance.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team knowledge and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant information with the team.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as needed based on business requirements.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
