This role involves ensuring the highest levels of information security, safeguarding our operations, and driving adherence to regulatory requirements.Responsibilities To operate as nominated security officer for Renesas divisions and nominated directly as per CFIUS agreementsTo lead all federal focused security operations and improvements in the AmericasTo take responsibility for all US government security related activityTo support existing RUN operations against these areas and own mitigations and remediation activities in that spaceRepresent Renesas Security to CISA and the other US agenciesProvide onsite coordination for high compliance standard itemsDeputise for the Renesas CISO / Senior Director Global Information security as requiredQualifications Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Renesas is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.Must meet all requirements of SQEP (Suitably Qualified and Experience Person) for US Govt activityBe able if necessary to receive clearance to TS - holding a clearance is not necessary but it may be needed in futureMaintain a top tier security qualification e.g., CISSP and stay current10 years of senior cyber security experience including leading multinational teamsDegree or higher qualificationExperience of delivering high quality complex security solutions Fedramp, CMMCAdditional Information The expected annual pay range for this position is $201,000 - $300,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
