Enhancing Payroll and HR Capabilities
As a member of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of effective payroll and HR strategies. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, streamline payroll processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to develop and implement efficient payroll processes.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll system maintenance and record-keeping.
- Provide training to HR and payroll staff on payroll procedures, system usage, and compliance standards.
- Support year-end payroll processing and data reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in payroll administration, with HR experience in Skilled Nursing.
- HR Certification required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
