Help Wanted: Landscape Foreman – Renew Landscaping (Inver Grove Heights, MN)
Renew Landscaping is a small, dedicated team based in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, and we’re looking to add a motivated, hardworking Landscape Foreman to lead a crew of 2–4 team members. Our company specializes in retaining walls and patios, though we take on a wide variety of outdoor projects across the Twin Cities—primarily in the south metro.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience (Note: Lawn mowing and seasonal cleanups do not count toward this requirement)
- Prior foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in hot weather
- Own reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Positive, motivating attitude and strong leadership skills
- Willingness to work alongside the crew and lead by example
