Renew Physical Therapy, a PT-owned and operated outpatient orthopedic clinic, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Director to oversee the management and clinical operations of our Hillman City location. - Clinical Leadership :
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
- Lead team meetings, in-services, and professional development initiatives.
- Management Duties :
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and clinic growth.
- Patient Care :
- Develop individualized plans of care, incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions.
- Supervise PTAs and physical therapy students during patient care.
- Document care efficiently and communicate effectively with referring providers.
- Active Washington State Physical Therapy license (or license pending).
- 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics (required).
- Background in manual therapy and pelvic health (preferred).
- Previous leadership or management experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- CPR certification (required).

Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and / or pelvic health conditions.
