Operational Technology Security Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an OT Security Engineer to support offshore projects and ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and internal standards. The role involves working across various project teams to implement and enforce security requirements for Operational Technology (OT) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local cybersecurity regulations and internal company standards.
• Work across multiple project teams to align security measures with industry best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of NERC-CIP and IEC 62443 cybersecurity frameworks.
• Conduct security assessments for SCADA/OT control systems, low-voltage networks, and communication/IT systems.
• Perform security testing and technical documentation reviews.
• Support OT Security Factory and Site Acceptance Tests.
• Implement network segmentation strategies to enhance security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Assist with project management related to OT security initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of NERC-CIP, IEC 62443, and ISO 27000 series cybersecurity standards.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA/OT systems, network security, and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Experience in security testing of industrial control systems and IT networks.
• Understanding of network segmentation and communication technologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Project management experience in cybersecurity or OT-related projects.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

Technology Requirements:

• Must provide own PC and/or iPhone with up-to-date software.
• Must allow installation of security and management software for compliance with cybersecurity policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
