At Renew Wellness, we are a wellness center founded on Christian principles and a holistic approach to health. We believe in integrating the Word of God with natural health modalities to bring healing to the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. Our mission is to help individuals as they address complex health issues with compassion and expertise. With more than twenty active frequency-based modality rooms, a professional staff of practitioners, testing, memberships and walk-ins, we are a fast-paced practice. This role would function as the first person one meets, setting them up in their appointments, answering phones, keeping laundry going, and keeping a smile. We are a close knit staff and we have a great time. The ideal candidate would have positive energy, be punctual and on-time, and be a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer phones, greet guests warmly, and assist with inquiries.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments and coordinate with practitioners to maintain an efficient schedule; maintain records, pull files and keep detailed notes.
- Retail Support: Stock shelves, maintain inventory, and assist guests with product selections.
- Cleaning & Organization: Keep the reception area, treatment rooms, restrooms, and common spaces clean and stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Point of Sale: Process payments accurately, ensuring a smooth and professional checkout experience.
- Laundry: Handle light laundry duties to keep linens fresh and ready for use.
- Physical Activity: Regularly lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs as needed.
