We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Renewable Energy Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our utility-scale renewable energy facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Oversee all aspects of facility management, including training of on-site personnel, corrective and preventative maintenance of equipment onsite, system testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring the quality and safety of contractors performing any additional work required on-site.
- Site Safety and Environmental Management: Ensure that all site activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize facility performance.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of site operational experience, High school/GED Diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree in Operations preferred, Certification OSHA, crane safety or HV preferred.
