We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our North East US-based regional sales team in achieving our business objectives. This role will be responsible for guiding, focusing, and motivating an indirect sales team of Manufacturer's Representatives to successfully market RenewAire products through a network of wholesale HVAC distributors and commercial HVAC sales offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Establish strong relationships with HVAC channel partners.
- Solicit new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- HVAC design experience (sizing & selection of equipment for residential and commercial facilities).
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience and management experience with manufacturer reps.
