Job Summary
The Residential Technician is responsible for the accurate and efficient fabrication and assembly of Residential ERV units and accessories. This full-time role supports team efforts to improve lead times and ensure high-quality products for RenewAire customers.

What Residential Technicians Do
*Essential Responsibilities*
- Assemble units accurately and efficiently within lead times and job hours.
- Maintain high quality by inspecting work and following procedures.
- Use tools effectively and apply job knowledge throughout the build.
- Communicate professionally and work cooperatively with the team.
- Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Be punctual, reliable, and present during scheduled work hours.

Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
- Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Requires basic computer skills
- Requires mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and to read measurements in inches and feet
- The ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical and Mental Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit and use hands along with fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
