About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Design Consultant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, providing information for homeowners to make same-day decisions on their window and door replacement projects, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Travel to and from appointments within the New Jersey/New York Metro area, focusing on customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals
- Conduct sales presentations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, utilizing your excellent communication skills
- Build strong relationships with customers through honesty, integrity, and a value-based selling process
- Stay up-to-date on products, sales techniques, and company policies through regular trainings and sales meetings
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 2 hours for appointments
- Comfortable lifting and carrying 40-60 lbs of sample materials
- Ability to navigate iPad applications efficiently
- Prior outside sales experience or willingness to learn and grow with our company
