WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Recruit, train and manage a team of Proximity Agents in the office and in the field.
- Work with your Proximity Agents to meet or exceed their Lead Issued (Demo No Sale or Sale) and Sales goals.
- Map locations to canvass daily for you and your Team Members.
- Canvass on your own
- Walk with & coach each canvasser
- Conduct weekly Canvasser meetings to celebrate successes and address and training needs.
- Enforce approved dress code.
- Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and motivation to ensure that canvassing teams are on track and setting appointments.
- Understand and enforce company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Have 1:1 meetings with every Team Member every 2 weeks.
- Lead daily Team Meetings prior to departure to the field.
- Maintain a fun, encouraging atmosphere so that canvassers know they are appreciated and supported.
- Collaborate continuously with Proximity Manager to improve your Team’s Performance.

SKILLS
