Responsibilities –
- Dynamic Leadership: Lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals and reach new heights. Your leadership will directly impact the team's success and your financial rewards
- Recruitment: Seek top talent to join your team and provide them with the tools they need to succeed within the canvassing role. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to showcase the value of joining our team.
- Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship with your team members and offer actionable feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of the team's abilities to improve overall performance.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Develop and monitor strategies for your teams success in the field including targeting specific territories and reviewing key performance indicators for your team.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Help meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.
- Field Training: Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods with your team.
Requirements –
- Driver’s License and excellent driving record
- 2 years of prior experience in canvassing
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident communicators
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
- Applicable sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
