Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess the installation needs of customers, assess the situation, and assign the appropriate resource to solve the problems
- Manage and maintain your assigned list of customers
- Evaluate service needs, identifying trends, seasonality, and other trending information
- Assess homeowner issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
- Ensure each homeowner is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Deliver outstanding customers service, by being organized, perceptive, responsive, and communicating in a timely fashion
- Manage the time of Installation reps to maximize efficiency and assure we maximize the available time
- Self-evaluate all interaction with homeowners to ensure all service requirements are met and no issues arise, making note of instances that may need improvement
- Interact with homeowners who are not satisfied, putting service and communication techniques into practice, and resolving any conflicts professionally and answering inquiries respectfully
- Act as the "Single Point of Resolution" to your customers issues and demands.
- Work with reports for homeowner satisfaction, making recommendations for areas that can be improved and presenting the information in meetings and with management.
- Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office.
- Calling customers to follow up, update, and schedule for service along with working with various team members in the operations department including Installation, service technicians, Measure technicians and sales reps
PAY
- $20.00 per hour plus monthly and quarterly bonuses.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the home improvement service field or other closely related field preferred.
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong independent thinker, able to work independently
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
