Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Service Technician to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position will be at our new Roanoke office.

\n- Providing service and repair on previously installed window and door products.
- Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keeping track of all service orders and maintain communication with customers.
- Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed.
- Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary.
- Occasionally performing new installations
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of superior workmanship.
- Customer service skills.
- Positive, team-oriented culture.
