What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window and Door Detailer/ Estimator position at The Warren Agency, LLC DBA GRV Renovations?
We are a residential Class A Contractor. The requirements for this position are as follows:
Required skills:
- Communicate with customers and Sub Contractors comfortably
- Hard working, Self starter
- Willing to learn
- Must be able to lift 50#s
- Ability to work in all weather elements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Vaild Drivers License
- Ability to conduct sales calls and job site visits
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to measure doors and windows (Replacement or New Construction)
- Ability to understand Entry doors, Patio Doors, Interior Door units and Slab installations
- Utilize a computer and do light data entry
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding when needed
Additional skills a plus, but not required:
Sales Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
