Summary/objective
The Production Manager is a leadership position in the Operations department of Renewal by Andersen of Vermont. This individual is responsible for oversight support of Estimating/Tech Measure, Project Management, warehouse & facilities & fleet
Essential functions

- Manage Project Managers, Supply Chain Coordinators. Estimator/Tech Measure. This includes calculating payroll, approving overtime, approving vacation, incentive calculations, conducting quarterly meetings on performance, and annual reviews. and conducting daily group meetings with all departments.
- Actively recruit, hire, and train new Operations Associates, when business needs call for additional capacity.
- Contribute to the comprehensive training program for new Operations, Installation Estimator/Tech Measure and Office associates. Continually assess the process to ensure we are giving optimal training.
- Evaluate and develop policies and procedures to maximize efficiency
- Complete estimating/technical measures as needed per company volume.
- Ensure all material, job direction, and labor is correct per job before warehouse order the product.
- Be available every morning to answer any questions for the operation team
- Ability to schedule 10 to 15 Installation and Estimator/Tech Measurement crews and manage the production holds processes and ensure holds are being handled in appropriate time.
- Work with Sales manager on continuous training of our products and installation techniques. Be available to answer technical questions.
- Keep constant lines of communication open with the entire Operations Team.

Preferred education and experience
- Minimum 5 years previous leadership experience required
- Minimum 5 years previous project management experience required
