Job Overview
Renewal by Andersen - Salt Lake City has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will work alongside our Sales Director to lead and manage our sales team within your designated region. The primary focus of the Sales Manager will be to achieve company sales goals by driving the team's performance, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and aligning with company strategies.

Position Type: Full-time, benefited, exempt, at-will position.
Salary: $200,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Mixed office hours with hands-on training in the field to achieve goal-oriented results.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assign leads to design consultants and ensure appointments are followed up on.
- Review design consultants’ schedules monthly and ensure minimum capacity requirements are met.
- Hire new design consultants as needed and train them on sales skills, product knowledge, and company policies and practices.
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to design consultants and help them reach their personal and company goals.
- Conduct ride alongs with design consultants and offer encouragement and improvement suggestions.
- Work with other department heads and employees to improve the customer life cycle and resolve any issues or escalations.
- Set and update the pricing of products and services in coordination with affiliate ownership.
- Maintain adequate inventory of window and door sample kits for the sales team.
- Train sales team to improve and maintain positive HOS scores. Target scores of Buyer 85 or above, Not yet Buyer 70 or above.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance policy, and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience; in-home sales experience a plus
- Planning and goal setting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Decision making & strategic thinking skills
- Results orientation & ability to provide high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to train, coach and develop others
- Computer proficiency, including Office 360 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
- Experience with Sales Force preferred.
