- Manage Leave of Absence Request
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations.
- Utilize HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage HR tasks efficiently.
- 3 years of experience in a human resources role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle sensitive issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices, including labor laws and employee benefits.
