What you’ll be doing – the role:
- Actively engage with the public, listen to all consumer feedback, and offer solutions to window questions and problems
- Gather correct contact information for appointments
- Handling every prospect, customer and co-worker with empathy and world-class service
- You’ll be an expert in our products & services to help homeowners in our community who can benefit from them
- Efficient organization of set up and break down of event equipment
