SUMMARY
Team members provide important leadership in connecting supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) across IT and business teams to ensure end to end processes align with business strategy and deliver against business objectives. This role will support the Warehousing systems and processes. We are looking for talented individuals with expertise in logistics processes & systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the evaluation of business needs, translation into user requirements, and provide solution ideas leveraging an agile mindset to deliver value.
Support the implementation of new applications or system functionality in accordance with the IT and logistics strategies
Recognize recurring themes and bring forward ideas that eliminate waste, improve and streamline processes, and reduce time spent on support.
Assist in diagnosing problems and restoring service promptly by engaging with system users, other members of the IT Department, software vendors, and service providers.
Carry out assigned activities during system releases, upgrades and bug fixes.
Perform system support
Develop and maintain relationships with partners and IT colleagues
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline or equivalent work expertise & technical training
1-3 years of experience in relevant functional area
Technical or functional experience in warehouse management systems
Industry-relevant business process experience in warehousing management or other supply chain processes
Demonstrated curiosity to understand process and system interactions
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
COMPETENCIES/BEHAVIORS
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480.-$102,720.
