Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
We are looking to add to our Talent Acquisition Team with this entry-level recruiting opportunity, no prior skills needed. We are searching for someone who is ambitious to learn something new and become a part of our RbA family. Our Talent Acquisition team works with Renewal by Andersen's business needs to source candidates, assess talent, and provide exceptional candidate experience. As a recruiter for RbA, you will review resumes for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements to reward candidates with the role they have been searching for.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine qualifications.
- Attract qualified candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conduct initial phone screens interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (required)
- Enthusiasm about Renewal by Andersen, our brand, and our products
- Ability to be a self-directed worker
- Driven by metrics and results
- Comfortable with a high volume of calls per day
Compensation and Benefits:
- $42,000/annual

Schedule:
- Onsite in our Carmel office
- Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
