Your Role: As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the maestro of our recruitment symphony. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- High-Volume Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top talent from coast to coast.
- Strategic Discussions: Lead hiring strategy pow-wows to nail down position requirements and candidate profiles.
- End-to-End Process: Manage the whole shebang, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks.
- Candidate Experience: Make the candidate journey so delightful, they’ll be singing our praises.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in recruiting.
- Know-How: Familiarity with recruiting best practices and employment law.
