Your Role in Our Mission:
As a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our HR operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing new employee onboarding and maintaining accurate personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinating engaging orientation sessions that introduce new hires to our company’s mission and values.
- Serving as a knowledgeable resource for employees regarding benefits programs, payroll inquiries, and company policies.
- Collaborating with our payroll team on essential tasks, including payroll processing and time audits, ensuring accuracy in every paycheck.
- Assisting in planning and executing exciting employee recognition events, holiday parties, and more to foster a positive workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-3 years of HR or payroll-related experience would be fantastic, especially with a focus on new hire onboarding and payroll processing.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ADP and a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.
- Attention to Detail: We value accuracy, so a keen eye for detail is essential!
- Strong Communication: Your interpersonal skills will help you connect with employees and support their needs effectively.
