Job Summary
Territory Account Manager
We are a fabric restoration company specializing in cleaning soft goods that are affected by fire and water damage. We work with insurance companies and contractors to restore clothing, bedding, draperies, rugs and anything made of fabric for families affected by disaster.
We are seeking the position of Account Manager , for our Memphis office. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and honest individual to become a part of our sales team.

Duties

  • Call on new prospects by phone or in person with the goal of setting face to face meetings and initiating relationships
  • Determine the needs of individual prospect by conducting a thorough needs analysis during appointment
  • Establish value with prospect by custom-tailoring our services to their specific needs
  • Thoroughly talk through any objections or insecurities prospect may have, in order to close the sale in a non-aggressive manner
  • Account management and relationship building with prospect throughout the new account acquisition process and beyond
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and consistent lead generation from existing account base
  • Document all client contacts
  • Develop content for ongoing email marketing campaigns
  • Organize company marketing events (lunches, dinners, golf outings)

Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B experience

We offer a competitive salary, bonus. We will also provide a car allowance, laptop, phone and entertainment expense budget.

  • Excel at finding, qualifying, and closing new prospects
  • Strong ethics, listening and communication skills are critical
  • Must have excellent time and territory management skills
  • Must enjoy travel. (This position requires lots of face time with prospect/client base and occasional overnight stays for national and regional conferences)
  • Must be able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with client base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to Commute:

  • Memphis, TN 38118 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Memphis, TN 38118: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
