If so, we want you on our team as a Business Sales Manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of cultivating and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You will also be responsible for marketing our services to contractors, adjusters and chasers, enhancing our reach and impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Nurture: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration industry, always pushing for excellence.
- Client Champion: Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

- Analyze & Report: Track and report on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management, always seeking ways to improve.
