Description
Renewal is seeking the right individual to fill our Benefits Service Specialist position. Here at Renewal we place an emphasis on serving clients with excellent and accurate service. We are seeking someone who fits our company mindsets and is eager to learn. Prior industry experience is not required, but is preferred.

Total compensation includes hourly pay, company sponsored benefits such as medical, dental, and life insurance, 401k with company match, and additional voluntary benefits for you to consider. Further details will be provided during the hiring process.
Requirements
- Study and understand the benefit offerings for each client
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and insurance questions
- Solve benefits issues presented by customer in timely and informative fashion
- Coordinate with the benefits team at Renewal to ensure timely and accurate enrollments
- Serve as backup to internal teams for client needs
- Address and escalate complex benefits questions when necessary
- Insure that all communication is properly logged in Renewal CRM and insurance carrier systems
