Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. The Clinician will play a vital role in assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Art Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in crisis management to support clients during critical situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Participate in ongoing research initiatives to enhance therapeutic practices and outcomes.
- Manage case files effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a clinician or therapist in the state of practice.
- Experience in group therapy settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coding for mental health services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with medical records management practices.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
