Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on forecasted demand, inventory levels.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products while minimizing downtime and inefficiencies.
- Monitor and analye material requirements to ensure the availability of materials and components for production.
- Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Pro-actively address and resolve production scheduling and material availability issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices in planning and scheduling to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Effective communication with vendors.
- Monitoring and updating the status of outgoing and incoming shipments.
- Data entry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Knowledge of production planning
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and inventory management
