Job Description
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and service technicians. You’ll be responsible for understanding the customer’s vehicle needs, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs

Prepare repair orders and communicate with service technicians

Provide cost and time estimates for recommended services

Clearly explain services and repair recommendations to customers

Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up

Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Work closely with the parts department to ensure timely repairs

Meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service and organizational abilities

Working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in computer systems (DMS experience a plus)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
