We are looking for a seasoned ITSM Solution Consultant who thrives on engaging directly with clients. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to implement ITSM / ITAM / CMDB processes, policies, procedures, and technologies, addressing regulatory, operational, audit, and reporting needs. As an ITSM Solution Consultant, you will also have the chance to expand your knowledge by mastering additional ITSM solutions required for client engagements.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ITSM tool suites such as Freshservice, Freshdesk, Ivanti, or Cherwell.
- Provide project leadership and oversee implementation to ensure the designed solutions are user-friendly, effective, feasible, and cost-efficient.
- Innovate solutions using best practices, design standards, and governance guidelines.
- Perform system administration tasks including data loading, migration, cleanup, integration monitoring, and configuration based on client specifications.
- Research technology trends and contribute insights to design and platform decisions.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive plans across all project phases to achieve project goals and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into product use cases or technical specifications.
- Apply critical thinking and solve complex problems effectively.
- Train clients and their teams on product usage and administration.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within specified timelines.
- Provide extensive support and lead troubleshooting and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications.
- Develop or contribute to solutions for complex problems of moderate to advanced complexity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project implementation, demonstrating urgency and ownership in customer interactions.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and / or discovery tools.
- Mentor, lead, and train other team members.
